Capital Construction definition

Capital Construction. (CapCon) means:
Capital Construction means, for bonded indebtedness issued prior to December 5, 1996, and for the proceeds of any bonded indebtedness approved by electors prior to December 5, 1996, that were spent or contractually obligated to be spent prior to June 20, 1997, the construction, modification, replacement, repair, remodeling or renovation of a structure, or addition to a struc- ture, that is expected to have a useful life of more than one year, and includes, but is not limited to:
Capital Construction means any construction or facility improvement that costs $500,000 or more and is not considered maintenance or repair.

Capital Construction means the construction, modification, replacement, repair, remodeling or renovation of a structure, or addition to a structure, which is expected to have a useful life of more than one (1) year, and includes, but is not limited to:
Capital Construction. MEANS CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION, REMODELING, FINANCING, PURCHASING, OR LEASING OF LAND, BUILDINGS, OR FACILITIES USED TO EDUCATE PUPILS ENROLLED IN OR TO BE ENROLLED IN A CHARTER SCHOOL.

Capital Construction. Program shall mean the planning, design, construction, acquisitions and improvements to the Airports, as more particularly described in Exhibits N-H, N-I, D-H and D-I. Cargo Cost Center shall mean the Cost Center described in Exhibit D-E. Chargeable Landings shall mean those aircraft landings for which landing fees shall be due and payable by the Airline, as set forth in Section 8.02. Such landings shall include all landings of aircraft that come to a complete stop on the Airport, with the exception of emergency landings.
Capital Construction means those remedies receiving Commission funding. Capital Construction generally does not include Major Maintenance except asauthorized by W.S. 21-15-109(e).
