Capital Call Facility definition

Capital Call Facility means any debt facility of the Borrower secured solely by the capital commitments of the equity holders thereof and assets related thereto (excluding any Portfolio Investments, cash and other property, in each case, that constitute Collateral or are included in the Borrowing Base), including the facility established by the Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2016, among the Borrower, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, and the lenders named therein (or any extension, renewal or replacement thereof).
Capital Call Facility means any limited recourse debt facility of the Borrower secured solely by the capital commitments of the equity holders thereof and assets related thereto (and not secured by any Portfolio Investments, Cash or other property, in each case that constitute Collateral hereunder or are included in the Borrowing Base hereunder), including the facility established by the Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement between the Borrower, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as administrative agent, and the lenders named therein (or any extension, renewal or replacement thereof), existing on the date hereof or as amended or amended and restated from time to time.
Capital Call Facility means a capital call facility established by the Capital Call Facility Agreement.
