Capex Facility definition

Capex Facility means any credit facility or facilities provided by reputable banks or financial institutions to the Group for capital expenditures and/or acquisitions (and any refinancing, amendment or replacements thereof), in an aggregate principal amount not at any time exceeding the higher of (i) SEK 300,000,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency or currencies) and (ii) an amount equal to Consolidated EBITDA.

Capex Facility means a Capex Loan in the principal amount of Five Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($500,000.00), converting to a Term Loan, for the purpose of financing the purchase of Equipment.

More Definitions of Capex Facility

Capex Facility means any loan agreement entered into by an Obligor for the purposes of financing capital expenditure in accordance with the requirements of section 3.08 of the Intercreditor Agreement.
