Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) definition

Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF). : CUF in a Year shall mean the ratio of the net output energy injected at delivery point of the SPV Power Plant in a Year versus installed Project capacity x 365 x 24 (i.e. CUF = Cumulative Project output in kWh / (installed Project capacity in kWp x 24 x 365))
Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) means the ratio of actual gross energy generated by the project to the equivalent energy output at its rated capacity over the year;
Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF). CUF shall means as calculated based on the annual energy injected and metered at the Delivery Point. In any Contract Year, if ‘X’ MWh of energy has been metered out at the Delivery Point for ‘Y’ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*24*days in a Contract Year)X100%.

Examples of Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) in a sentence
