Capacity assessment definition

Capacity assessment means an evaluation of the technical, financial, and managerial capability of a community supply or nontransient noncommunity water supply to comply and maintain compliance with all requirements of this act and the rules promulgated under this act.
Capacity assessment means the process of determining an individual's ability to make informed decisions and the need for assistance with decision-making regarding personal and financial matters, per OAC 340:100-3-5.
Capacity assessment has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
