Cap Strike Rate definition

Cap Strike Rate. For any Distribution Date, the amount set forth under the heading “Strike Rate” in Schedule 1 of the Prospectus.

Cap Strike Rate. With respect to the Class 2-A-1 Certificates, 5.40% per annum, with respect to the Class 2-A-4 Certificates, 5.40% per annum and with respect to the Class 4-A-3 Certificates, 4.90% per annum.

Cap Strike Rate means 3.25%, or such other applicable “cap strike rate” approved by Agent and specified as such in the applicable Hedging Agreement in effect at such time.
