Upon any scheduled payment of dividends in which the Dividend Share Cap would be exceeded, the Company shall pay the full amount of dividends remaining under the Dividend Share Cap equally pro rata among the holders of Series A-2 Preferred Stock or Series A-3 Preferred Stock (or similarly designated), and the remaining dividends in cash.
