Camera System definition

Camera System or “Camera”: A photo-traffic monitoring device consisting of camera(s) and a traffic monitoring device capable of accurately detecting a school bus stop arm traffic violation on up to four (4) contiguous lanes which records such data with one (1) or more images of such vehicle. “Camera System” shall, where the context requires, also include any enclosure or cabinet and related appurtenances in which the equipment is stationed, and related parts and hardware. For purposes of this Agreement, a Camera System may be considered Existing Equipment or New Equipment depending on the context and as further defined herein.

Camera System means a VT Sim enabled connected DVR system (models of which will vary from time to time) supplied with one or more cameras (or any part of it and including all installed software) which stores data on a hard drive, as more particularly described in the Information Schedule, and that can be used to record and /or transmit real time data to the VT Platform. Examples of Camera System in a sentence

  • If the Client becomes aware or is made aware by Cartrack that the Camera System in a vehicle is not operational, the vehicle must immediately, or as soon as practically possible, be made available to Cartrack, as Cartrack will be unable to provide the Service until the Camera System is operational.

  • The Client shall not, in any way, alter or tamper with the Camera System.

  • If any payment has been made by the Client to Cartrack in terms of the Agreement emanating from Direct Marketing, Cartrack will return the payment to the Client within 15 (fifteen) business days if no installation has been completed, or within 15 (fifteen) business days after the return of the Camera System to Cartrack if installation has already taken place.

  • The first Fee and the Purchase price shall be paid on the installation of the Camera System.
