Calling Party Number definition

Calling Party Number. (CPN) means a Signaling System 7 “SS7” parameter whereby the ten (10) digit number of the calling Party is forwarded from the End Office.
Calling Party Number or “CPN” is a Common Channel Interoffice Signaling (“CCIS”) parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the calling party.
