Called Notes definition

Called Notes means Notes called for redemption pursuant to Article 16 or subject to a Deemed Redemption.
Called Notes means, in relation to a Call Option Redemption Date, those Notes to be redeemed by the Issuer as set forth in the relevant Redemption Notice.

  • Accordingly, if the Company elects to redeem fewer than all of the Notes pursuant to an Optional Redemption, Holders of the Notes that are not Called Notes will not be entitled to convert such Notes pursuant to this Section 13.01(b)(v) and will not be entitled to an increase in the Conversion Rate on account of the Redemption Notice pursuant to Section 13.03, even if such Notes are otherwise convertible pursuant to any other provision of this Section 14.01(b).
