Calculation Agent Adjustment definition

Calculation Agent Adjustment is specified as the method of adjustment in the Confirmation of a Share Option Transaction, then following the declaration by the Issuer of the terms of any Potential Adjustment Event, the Calculation Agent will determine whether such Potential Adjustment Event has a material effect on the theoretical value of the relevant Shares or Warrants and, if so, will (i) make appropriate adjustment(s), if any, to any one or more of:’ and, the sentence immediately preceding Section 9.1(c)(ii) is hereby amended by deleting the words “diluting or concentrative”.
