Cadence definition

Cadence or the "Company").
Cadence means Cadence as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise.
Cadence means Cadence and all of its Affiliates (other than Tality, the Partnership and Subsidiaries of Tality or the Partnership), collectively, and any successors thereto and assigns thereof.

Cadence has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals hereto.
