cabin baggage definition
cabin baggage means baggage intended for carriage in the cabin of an aircraft;
cabin baggage means, in the case of air travel, the baggage that the natural person takes with him into and out of the aircraft cabin;
cabin baggage means all baggage allowed aboard the Ship and placed in your cabin according to this Passenger Ticket Contract Terms and Conditions. “Other Baggage” means any of your baggage or other personal property which has been stored in the Ship’s baggage room, holds or safe against a receipt at your request.

'Union status' means the customs status of goods as Union goods; 8. 'consignment of fresh bananas' means the consignment comprising the total quantity of fresh bananas loaded on a single means of transport and shipped by a single exporter to one or more consignees; 9. 'customs office of discharge' means any customs office indicated in the authorisation referred to in Article 211(1) of the Code, empowered to release goods to a customs procedure or to receive the re-export declaration for the purposes of discharging the special procedures;
cabin baggage means any items that you take on board the flight which is not Checked-In Baggage. If we check any Baggage into the aircraft hold at the departure gate or Baggage is otherwise placed in the care, custody and control of our crew then it will become Checked-In Baggage.

'intra-Union flight' means the movement of an aircraft between two Union airports, without any stopover, which does not start from or end at a non-Union airport; 8. 'marketing activities' means, in the context of customs valuation, all activities relating to advertising or marketing and promoting the sale of the goods in question and all activities relating to warranties or guarantees in respect of them; 9. 'pleasure craft' means a recreational craft as defined in Directive 94/25/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 June 1994 on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to recreational craft;
