Buyer Representative definition
Buyer Representative means the person(s) so designated on Schedule A hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by Buyer and delivered to Escrow Agent and the Seller Representative in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as its representative under this Escrow Agreement.
Buyer Representative means any director, officer, employee, manager, agent, consultant, distributor or other representative of any Buyer Group Member.
Buyer Representative means Athene USA.
