Buyer Note definition

Buyer Note has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) below.

  • The Closing of the Second Note shall be on or before the dates specified in the Buyer Note.

  • In such case both the Buyer Note and the Second Note shall be terminated.

  • Subsequent closings of the Second Note shall occur on or before the date specified in the Buyer Note.

  • The Closing of the following note shall be on or before the dates specified in the relevant Buyer Note.

  • If such funding does not occur, the Second Note and the Buyer Note will be immediately cancelled and of no further effect.
