Buy-Back Period definition

Buy-Back Period has the meaning given in Section C paragraph 3.1.1 of the IUK Access Code;
Buy-Back Period is defined as the period starting one (1) year after and ending four (4) years after Delivery of the first Aircraft to the Buyer.
Buy-Back Period means the period commencing on the closing date of the applicable issuance of Equity Securities of the Company or Stock Acquisition, as the case may be, and ending on the nine (9) month anniversary of such closing date; provided , that, if the Company has imposed any “blackout” period or periods that restrict the ZHG Entities’ ability to purchase shares of Common Stock during such nine (9) month period, such nine (9) month period shall be extended by the number of days of such “blackout” period or periods.

Examples of Buy-Back Period in a sentence

  • Seller may exercise the Buy-Back Offer by delivering written notice thereof to Purchaser (the “Buy-Back Notice”) during the Buy-Back Period.

  • If a Seller fails to provide a Buy-Back Notice within the Buy-Back Period, such Seller’s Buy-Back Option shall terminate and expire.
