Business Contact Data definition

Business Contact Data means any information that is used for the purpose of communicating or facilitating communication with an individual in relation to their employment, business or professional such as the individual’s name, position name or title, work address, work telephone number, work fax number or work electronic address.

Business Contact Data has the meaning given in Section 14.1.

Business Contact Data means the names, email addresses, phone numbers and all other business-related information of each Party’s personnel, that may be collected or exchanged between the Parties in the ordinary course of maintaining the business relationship, such as contract management, sales and ordering, and business development as further described in Section 16.2 (Use of Business Contact Data).

Examples of Business Contact Data in a sentence

• The Parties further acknowledge that Business Contact Data and Passport Information may be disclosed by the receiving Party to, and processed by, other members of the receiving Party’s group of companies, competent authorities, courts and tribunals, the receiving Party’s professional advisors, and other third party service providers of the receiving Party (“Disclosees”) for one or more of the Purposes.

• In the event that the Parties agree to the processing of Personal Information, other than Business Contact Data, under or pursuant to this Agreement (including as a result of a change to the Services), the Parties agree to enter into a Data Protection Agreement mutually agreed upon at such time.

• If, notwithstanding Section 14.1, BFA accidentally, unknowingly or otherwise discloses to Provider Personal Information other than Business Contact Data or Passport Information of which Provider becomes aware, Provider shall notify BFA promptly and shall, at the discretion of BFA, return or destroy such Personal Information.

Business Contact Data means (i) contact information of Customer’s representatives for invoicing, billing, and other business inquiries; (ii) information on Customer’s usage of Services; and (iii) other information that Binary Tree collects and needs to communicate with Controller.

Business Contact Data means Personal Data of any Juniper or Reseller employees, contractors, customers, or partners that is Processed by Juniper or Reseller.

Business Contact Data means business contact information (the names, titles and roles, business phone and facsimile numbers, business office and email addresses) of Client’s or Pegasystems’ employees and contractors. For the avoidance of doubt, Business Contact Data does not constitute Client Personal Data.

Business Contact Data means Personal Data of any Juniper or Reseller employees, contractors, customers, or partners that is Processed by a Party on behalf of the other.
