Burst definition

Burst means the ability of the Customer to achieve a higher rate of throughput than the Committed Rate for a short period of time (as defined in this contract).
Burst means a time-defined, contiguous set of one or more related signal units which may convey user information and protocols, signalling, and any necessary preamble;
