Bunkers definition

Bunkers means the commercial grades of bunker oils as generally offered to the Seller’s customers for similar use at the time and place of delivery and/or services connected thereto;
Bunkers means marine diesel oil, marine gas oil and low sulphur or ultra-low sulphur variants thereof.
Bunkers means the Seller’s different grades of heavy fuel, diesel, gasoil and lubricating oils and any other products and/or services offered for sale by the Seller.

Examples of Bunkers in a sentence

  • Bunkers (IFO and MDO/MGO) and lubricating oils and greases remaining on board at the time of delivery are excluded from sale without compensation and remain the property of the Seller, who may transfer ownership of same to affiliates at or subsequent to delivery.

  • Bunkers remaining on board after the time of delivery remain the property of the Time Charterers.

  • There shall be no payment for the Bunkers as they are the property of the Time Charterers.
