Bully definition

Bully means any pattern of harassment, intimidation, threatening behavior, physical acts, verbal or electronic communication directed toward a student or group of students that results in or is reasonably perceived as being done with the intent to cause negative educational or physical results for the targeted individual or group and is communicated in such a way as to disrupt or interfere with the school’s educational mission or the education of any student.
Bully means to persistently display offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, which may involve an abuse or misuse of power through means that undermine, humiliate, denigrate or injure the recipient.
Bully is a student who has three (3) times in a school year willfully attempted or threatened to inflict injury on another person, when accompanied by an apparent present ability to do so or has intentionally displayed force such as would give the victim reason to fear or expect immediate bodily harm.
