Bulk Subscriber definition
Bulk Subscriber means each bulk subscriber (as such term is --------------- commonly understood in the cable television industry, such as trailer parks, apartments, hotels, motels or other multiple dwelling units and commercial subscribers) of the System.
Bulk Subscriber means, with respect to any System, as of any date of determination, any Subscriber, other than a Basic Subscriber, to at least broadcast basic cable service (either alone or in combination with any other service) for a System which is billed to such Subscriber on a bulk basis to bulk commercial accounts, such as hotels, motels, hospitals, apartment houses and similar multiple dwelling units or other commercial accounts and who has rendered payment for one month's service at such customer's regular basic monthly subscription rate for such service and who does not have more than $10.00 (excluding late charges and fees and amounts subject to a bona fide dispute) that is two months or more past due from the last day of the period to which any outstanding bill ▇▇▇ates.

Bulk Subscriber means, with respect to any System, any commercial establishment (e.g., any hotel or motel) or multiple dwelling unit establishment (e.g., any apartment, condominium or cooperative building) served by such System that subscribes to at least broadcast basic service (either alone or in combination with any other service), and who has rendered payment for one month's service at such customer's regular basic monthly subscription rate and who does not have more than $10.00 (excluding late charges and fees and amounts subject to a bona fide dispute) that is two months or more past due from and including the last day of the period to which any outstanding ▇▇▇▇ relates.

Bulk Subscriber means a cable service subscriber which (a) is a part of a multiple residential dwelling or other property which has entered into a Bulk Account with the Company or any of its wholly-owned Subsidiaries and (b) is connected to and is served or capable of being served by the systems pursuant to such Bulk Account.
Bulk Subscriber is used in this Agreement only in the definition of Equivalent Basic Subscriber and, for purposes thereof, shall not include any bulk commercial subscribers in respect of which a written agreement between Seller and the owner thereof is in effect, which agreement requires the consent of such owner for the assignment thereof and which consent is not obtained prior to the Closing Date.
