Building Operating Hours definition
Building Operating Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., exclusive of Sundays and Holidays.
Building Operating Hours means, for each Building, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, excepting Holidays; provided that Building Operating Hours for Banking Center Properties where Tenant’s Occupancy Percentage equals one hundred percent (100%) shall mean the standard hours of operations for such Property as established, from time to time, by Tenant.

During periods other than Normal Building Operating Hours, Tenant shall have access to the Premises, but such access shall also be subject to the Rules and Regulations.
During Normal Building Operating Hours, the Building shall, subject to the provisions of Section 5.2, be open and access to the Premises shall be freely available, subject to the Rules and Regulations.
Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

More Definitions of Building Operating Hours
Building Operating Hours means between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with recognized legal holidays excepted.
Building Operating Hours shall be the hours, designated as such, on Exhibit C hereto.
Building Operating Hours means 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. Landlord retains the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Building Operating Hours at any time and in any manner it deems appropriate; provided, however, that in no event shall the Building Operating Hours be less than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday so long as any tenant in the Building maintains such schedule as its primary operating days/hours. On Sundays and Building Holidays, Saturdays before 8:00 a.m. and after 1:00 p.m., and on other days between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., access to the Building, the halls, corridors, elevators or stairways in the Building or to the Premises may be refused unless the person seeking access is known to the person or employee of the Building in charge or has a pass and is properly identified. Landlord shall in no case be liable for damages for any error with regard to the admission to or exclusion from the Building of any person. In the event of an invasion, mob, riot, public excitement or other commotion, Landlord reserves the right to prevent access to the Building during the continuance of the same by closing the doors of the Building or any other reasonable method, for the safety of the tenants and protection of the Building and property in the Building. Landlord may from time to time adopt appropriate systems and procedures for the security or safety of the Building which may include, without limitation, the use of electronic key cards or such other mechanical or electronic methods of securing the building as Landlord deems appropriate. Tenant shall be entitled to seventy-one (71) key cards for after-hours access to the Building at no initial cost to Tenant. Additional cards and Replacement cards for any key cards that are lost or stolen may be issued by Landlord for a handling fee to be reasonably determined by Landlord but not less than $25 per replacement or additional card. Notwithstanding the foregoing, issuance of additional cards beyond the initial seventy-one (71) cards shall subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval and in no event shall more cards be issued to Tenant than the number of employees actually employed and officed by Tenant at the Premises. L▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Tenant shall have 24 hours a day 7 days a week access to the premises.
Building Operating Hours excluding the hereinafter defined Holidays, subject to curtailment as required by governmental laws, rules or regulations, substantially in compliance with the recommended temperature ranges for which such heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems were designed, but such service at times during weekdays and Saturdays other than the Building Operating Hours, and on Sundays and Holidays, shall be furnished only upon request of Tenant, and for such service Tenant shall pay Landlord within thirty (30) days after written demand an amount equal to the rate Landlord at that time is charging for such service, which as of the Commencement Date shall be Forty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($45.00) per hour per floor. Landlord shall be entitled to increase the charge for after hours service at any time the per KWH charge for electricity to the Building charged to Landlord by the applicable electricity service provider is increased from the charge for electricity on the Commencement Date.
Building Operating Hours means 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., exclusive of Sundays and Holidays.
Building Operating Hours. During the Lease Term, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday (excluding legal holidays) and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (excluding legal holidays). There will be no Building Operating Hours on Sundays or legal holidays and Landlord shall not be obligated to maintain or operate the Building at such times, except as provided in this Lease, unless special arrangements are made by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, Tenant shall have access to and use of the Demised Premises, including but not limited to, essential services such as electricity, heating and air conditioning, on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week basis, provided that Tenant shall be subject to such actual and direct costs incurred by Landlord in providing such services outside the Building Operating Hours pursuant to Article 23 and Exhibit E of this Lease.
Building Operating Hours means 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
