Building 4 definition

Building 4 means that 4-story office building consisting of approximately 100,000 rentable square feet and all improvements therein, which Landlord intends to construct in the location labeled as Building 4 on Exhibit "A", commonly known as 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx ----------- Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. As part of construction of Building 4, Landlord shall demolish an existing single-story building of 28,800 square feet currently encumbering the site.

Building 4 means that 3-story building containing 136,708 rentable square feet and all improvements installed therein, shown as Building 4 on Exhibit “A” and commonly known as 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.

Building 4 means the building to contain not less than 129,000 square feet, to be constructed on the easterly portion of the Land, in accordance with the Project II Plans and the Project II Budget and to be known as "Building 4".
