Building 2 definition

Building 2 means that 2-story building consisting of 49,362 rentable square feet and all improvements therein, shown as Building 2 on Exhibit "A", commonly known as 000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, ----------- Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.

Building 2 shall have the meaning assigned in Section 1.1(a)(ii).

Building 2 and "Building 3" and containing approximately 60,000 square feet, 47,000 square feet and 106,000 square feet, respectively; (c) the Project I Improvements described in Schedule 3 hereto; (d) the Project II Improvements, and all other buildings, structures and other improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land (collectively, together with the Project I Improvements, the "Improvements"); and (e) the fixtures, machinery, equipment and other property described in Exhibit "B" hereto (collectively, the "Equipment").
