Build-to-Zone definition

Build-to-Zone means an area of land in which all or part of a building elevation of one or more buildings is to be located.
Build-to-Zone means the area between the minimum and maximum setbacks within which the principal building’s front façade (building façade line) is to be located. See Figure 9.15.030-1 (Build-to-Zone).
Build-to-Zone means an area of defined width along the frontage of a lot that encompasses a defined minimum percent of the building facade. Both width and percentage are defined by land use zoning within the CC and UR zones of the City of Ferndale.
