Specifically, the Borrower will repay the total amount of the monies loaned plus interest thereon out of the gross proceeds of the Borrower’s Brokered Private Placement financing completed by the Lender (the “Closing”).
The Borrower shall repay the Loan on or before the earlier of September 15, 2003, and the closing date of the Borrower’s proposed Brokered Private Placement currently being sold by the Lender as agent.
