Broadcast Year definition

Broadcast Year means a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year. Station hereby confirms that its rights and obligations under this Paragraph 3(b) are consistent with its rights and obligations referred to in Paragraph 4(c) below.
Broadcast Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on September 1 of a particular calendar year and ending on August 31 of the subsequent calendar year.
Broadcast Year means a twelve (12) month period during the Term which commences on any September 1 and ends on August 31 of the immediately following year.

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Broadcast Year" shall mean a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year.

(3) If a condition of licence imposed prior to June 1, 2007 requires the licensee to make a contribution to the development of Canadian content or Canadian talent that is other than that referred to in subsection (2), the amount that the licensee is required to contribute under that subsection is reduced by the amount that the licensee is required to contribute under the condition of its licence.
