For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Broadcast Year" shall mean a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year.
Such audit will take place upon not less than ten (10) business days written notice during regular office hours and not more than once per Broadcast Year.
