BRLM definition

BRLM means Book Running Lead Managers extending merchant banking services who are possessing valid SEBI Category-I registration in accordance with the SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992 and are eligible to act as Book Running Lead Managers to an issue.
BRLM shall have the meaning given to such term in the Preamble;

  • The substitute escrow collection bank, the public issue account bank and/or refund bank and/or sponsor banks shall enter into an agreement, substantially in the form of this Agreement, with the Company, the BRLM, the remaining Escrow Collection Bank, Public Issue Account Bank, Refund Bank and Sponsor Banks, if any, and the Registrar.

  • This information will be available with the BRLM on a regular basis.

  • The Public Issue Account Bank shall, and the Registrar shall ensure that the Public Issue Account Bank shall, after a notice to the BRLM (with a copy to the Company), not later than 1 (one) Working Day from the date of the receipt of the list of Beneficiaries and the amounts to be refunded thereto, transfer the amount held in the Public Issue Account to the Refund Account.

  • The Escrow Collection Bank shall strictly follow the instructions of the BRLM and the Registrar to the Issue in this regard.

BRLM means the Book Running Lead Manager to the Offer i.e., Kunvarji Finstock Private Limited.
