Brink’s has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Brink’s means the Brink’s Global Services affiliated company indicated on the signature line of this Contract, its authorized agents or independent subcontractors or Carriers. Brink’s is a private, contract carrier and not a common carrier or a bailee under this Contract. Brink’s is not an air carrier or an indirect air carrier for purposes of the Convention.
