Notwithstanding the foregoing, the interest in effect at any time prior to the Bridge Maturity Date shall not be less than 13.25% per annum.

The provisions of this Clause 19.44 shall not affect any Default or Event of Default that exists on the Initial Bridge Maturity Date.
