Branch Rules definition

Branch Rules means the rules applicable to Branches as described in Rule 38. “CEO” means the Chief Executive Officer of SPCA appointed under Rule 19. “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Board, unless specified otherwise.
Branch Rules means Rules pursuant to Part C, CB, CC, CD, CE, CF and D.
Branch Rules means the provisions of MiFID2 as applicable in the relevant EU member state in which Macquarie has established a branch ("territory"), and which apply to the provision of services by such branch within that territory;

  • Where a challenge has been made to inclusion or non-inclusion of a person on the voting list for a ballot within time provided for by the NSW Branch Rules, and that challenge has not yet been finally determined in accordance with those Rules, the person concerned must be included on the voting list provisionally (i.e. subject to “challenge”).

  • The requirements are therefore designed for multiple product groups.

  • Branch Rules must not conflict with the National Bodies Rules – The Vintage Car Club of NZ (Inc.).

  • Those funds generated by, or for a Sub-Committee of the Sub-Branch, a Sporting Section or a Subsidiary Association or Section (as defined in Branch Rules Part 16) remain under the control of the President and members of the Sub-Branch Committee.

  • PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.

  • HKIAC Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.13(a).

  • Labor law decision means an administrative merits determination, arbitral award or decision, or civil judgment, which resulted from a violation of one or more of the laws listed in the definition of “labor laws”.

  • Applicable Laws/ Rules means the laws/ Rules of Islamic Republic of Pakistan/Punjab, as they may be issued and enforced from time to time.

  • Applicable Rules means Section 10D of the Exchange Act, Rule 10D-1 promulgated thereunder, the listing rules of the national securities exchange or association on which the Company’s securities are listed, and any applicable rules, standards or other guidance adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission or any national securities exchange or association on which the Company’s securities are listed.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
