BR definition

BR. (By Report) means that the procedure is not assigned a maximum fee and requires a written description. The description shall be included on the bill or attached to the bill and shall include the following information, as appropriate:
BR means, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the prime rate of interest announced by the Administrative Agent from time to time, changing when and as said prime rate changes (such rate not necessarily being the lowest or best rate charged by the Administrative Agent); (ii) sum of (a) 1.50% and (b) the rate equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day for such transactions received by the Administrative Agent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it; and (iii) the one-month LIBOR Rate plus 1.00%.
BR means, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the prime rate of interest announced by the Liquidity Provider (or, if there is more than one Liquidity Provider, then by NationsBank) from time to time, changing when and as said prime rate changes (such rate not necessarily being the lowest or best rate charged by the Liquidity Provider (or NationsBank, as applicable)) and (ii) the sum of (a) 1.50% and (b) the rate equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rate is not so published for any day that is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day for such transactions received by the Liquidity Provider (or, if more than one Liquidity Provider, then by NationsBank) from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by it.
