If a Mortgaged Property was, at the time of origination of the related Mortgage Loan, in an area identified on a Flood Hazard Boundary Map or Flood Hazard Rate Map issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as having special flood hazards (and if the flood insurance policy referenced herein has been made available), a flood insurance policy is in effect with respect to such Mortgaged Property with a generally acceptable carrier in an amount representing coverage described in this Agreement.
