Borrowing Member definition

Borrowing Member means an Individual -
Borrowing Member means a first nation that has been accepted as a borrowing member under section 76
Borrowing Member means, subject to sub-paragraphs (2A) and (2B) and paragraph 29(2) below, an individual who is indebted to the society

  • For the purposes of a Borrowing Members' Resolution, the meaning of Borrowing Member applied to Individuals by Rule 4(1)(b) shall include any body corporate where that body corporate became so indebted, or so entitled and accepted, to the Society before these Rules took effect.


More Definitions of Borrowing Member

Borrowing Member means a first nation that has been accepted as a borrowing member by the Authority under the FMA and continues to be a borrowing member under the FMA [FMA s. 2(1) - definition of “borrowing member”] ;
