More Definitions of Borrower Security Documents

Borrower Security Documents means those of the Security Documents to which a Borrower is party;

Borrower Security Documents means collectively the Borrower Mortgages, Security Agreement (Capital Stock and Partnership Interests) and all other security documents hereafter delivered to the Agent granting a Lien on any asset or assets of the Borrower to secure the Borrower Obligations.
