Borrower SEC Reports means the Borrower’s (i) 2018 Annual Report on Form 10-K and (ii) quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended November 30, 2018, February 28, 2019 and May 31, 2019.
Borrower SEC Reports means the Borrower’s 2018 Annual Report on Form 10-K.
Borrower SEC Reports means WBA’s August 31, 2022 annual report on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended November 30, 2022, February 28, 2023 and May 31, 2023.

Borrower SEC Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4(m).
Borrower SEC Reports means the annual, quarterly and periodic reports filed by the Borrower with the SEC.
Borrower SEC Reports means, collectively, (i) the Borrower’s Annual Reports on Form 10-K, for each of the years ended September 29, 2017, September 30, 2016 and October 2, 2015, in each case, as amended; (ii) the Borrower’s Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for each of the fiscal quarters of the Borrower for the fiscal years ended September 29, 2017, September 30, 2016 and October 2, 2015, and for the Borrower’s fiscal quarters through the date of this Agreement; (iii) the Borrower’s Current Reports on Form 8-K since October 2, 2015 and through the date of this Agreement; (iv) the Borrower’s Proxy Statements for the Annual Meetings of Stockholders held in 2018, 2017 and 2016; and (v) all other reports and filings made by the Borrower with the SEC since October 2, 2015; provided, however, that each of the foregoing shall include the financial statements contained in or incorporated by reference into the respective Borrower SEC Report.
Borrower SEC Reports means all registration statements, reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Borrower with the SEC under the Securities Act and/or the Exchange Act since its formation (in each case, as amended since the time of their filing and including all exhibits thereto);
Borrower SEC Reports means WBA’s 2020 Annual Report on Form 10-K.
Borrower SEC Reports means WBA's 2021 annual report on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended November 30, 2021 and February 28, 2022.
