Borrower Leverage Ratio definition

Borrower Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Total Debt as of such date (net of up to $100,000,000 of cash that constitutes Borrower Cash Flow from a Measurement Period other than the most recently completed Measurement Period) to (b) Borrower Cash Flow for the most recently completed Measurement Period.
Borrower Leverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) Borrower Funded Debt, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, to (b) Borrower EBITDA for the four fiscal quarter period ended as of the end of such fiscal quarter.
Borrower Leverage Ratio means the ratio of Funded Debt to Capitalization, determined with respect to the Borrower alone (excluding its Subsidiaries, but including any divisions of the Borrower not constituting separate Persons) as at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower.
