Booking Request means the process of submitting a request to hire a property from a Property Provider either through The Introducer’s own website and internal booking process or via direct communications with the Property Provider. For the avoidance of doubt it may also include any means of communication used by the Lead Client to request from Us further information or clarification of Terms or to request the booking of Accommodation;
