Booking Contract definition

Booking Contract means the accompanying document headed “Booking Contract” to which these terms and conditions apply, which contains the date(s) and other details of the Individual Booking together with details of the charges that will be payable by the Client.

Booking Contract means the attached booking contract which sets out your requirements and the price payable

Booking Contract refers to the document that sets out the detail of your event and its requirements.

Examples of Booking Contract in a sentence

• The Client shall pay the Fees on the terms specified in the Booking Contract.

• The Organiser shall provide the Client with the Exhibitor Products in accordance with the terms of the Booking Contract.

• Any additional terms and conditions provided to the Organiser by the Client and not agreed by the Parties in the Booking Contract shall not have legal effect and shall be deemed withdrawn by the Client upon entry into these T&C.

• This Clause 4 applies only if the Organiser has agreed to provide Exhibitor Products to the Client in the Booking Contract.

• If at any time any part of this Booking Contract is held to be unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, that part shall be deemed omitted and the enforceability of the remaining parts shall not in any way be affected by that omission.

More Definitions of Booking Contract

Booking Contract means the letter or email from SFC to the Client setting out the Client’s Booking;
