Bond Loan Agreement definition

Bond Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement with respect to the Bond Loan dated as of the date hereof, among the Issuer, the Bank and the Borrower, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented as provided therein and in this Indenture.
Bond Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement between the Authority and the Borrower providing for, evidencing and securing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loan, and including any supplements or amendments thereto made in conformity herewith and therewith.
Bond Loan Agreement means that certain Loan Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2003, by and between Bond Issuer and Borrower.
