Bond Agreements definition

Bond Agreements means the Trust Indenture between the Issuer and the Trustee, the Registry and Paying Agency Agreement between the Issuer and the Registrar and Paying Agent, and the Underwriting Agreement between the Issuer and the Underwriters, or any document, certificate or writing contemplated thereby.
