• Any attempt by Lessee to sublease the Boat Slip or to permit any individual other than Lessee to utilize the slip, without the prior written consent of the Lessor, shall cause this lease to become null and void and of no further force and effect and any further occupancy of the slip by the Lessee during the lease term shall be prohibited.

More Definitions of Boat Slip

Boat Slip. The term “Boat Slip” shall mean the docking facilities for the Boat as determined by MARCHI.

Boat Slip means a Wet Boat Slip and/or Slip with boat lift, referring to a designated boat space and above the water adjacent to Newport River and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ City Channel southeast of Highway 70 Bridge for the docking of a pleasure boat or craft. Such a “Boat Slip” shall be a portion of the Marina Facility, said boat slips to be shown diagrammatically on a plat to be recorded hereafter by the Declarant.

Boat Slip or “Slip” shall mean those spaces within the marina constructed by the Developer for the Development, which area is designated and numbered on Exhibit A attached hereto, and which area is intended to accommodate the docking of watercraft and the right to use which area shall be owned by a Lot Owner or the Association. As such, an owner of a Boat Slip owns real property.

Boat Slip means any numbered boat slip designated on the plat and relating to a boat dock lot.

Boat Slip means any area of water immediately adjacent to a dock accommodating only one boat.

Boat Slip means, a boat docking or mooring facility with a specified area of water designated for use of that particular numbered facility, located in the Marina waters.

Boat Slip means the part of the marina condominium property described in Exhibit “A” attached to this amendment which is subject to exclusive ownership.
