Any attempt by Lessee to sublease the Boat Slip or to permit any individual other than Lessee to utilize the slip, without the prior written consent of the Lessor, shall cause this lease to become null and void and of no further force and effect and any further occupancy of the slip by the Lessee during the lease term shall be prohibited.
Lessee may not assign all or any part of its rights under this Agreement, or otherwise sublet the Designated Boat Slip or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of Lessor, which consent may be withheld or denied in Lessor’s sole discretion This Lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lessor and its successors and assigns.
Licensee is required to immediately remove its vessel and/or equipment from the Boat Slip upon termination of this License Agreement.
Licensee is not permitted to sublet, substitute vessels, transfer vessels between Boat Slips or move an additional vessel into the Boat Slip without the specific written permission of the Licensor.
The Boat Slip and the Marina Area are used only by the Renter and the Renter's guests and at the sole risk of Renter.
