Board of elections definition

Board of elections means the county board of elections of the county in which the subdivision is located. If the subdivision is located in more than one county, "board of elections" means the county board of elections of the county that contains the largest portion of the population of the subdivision or that otherwise has jurisdiction in practice over and customarily handles election matters relating to the subdivision.
Board of elections means the board of elections of the county containing the most populous portion of the school district.
Board of elections means the New York City Board of Elections, unless otherwise specified as the New York State (“State”) Board of Elections.
