This Agreement, together with the Board Observer Agreement, constitutes the entire understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
The Board Observer shall be notified of meetings of the Board and its committees, including such meeting’s time, place and agenda, in the same manner and at the same time as members of the Board or such committee, as applicable.
