Blackstone Entity definition

Blackstone Entity means any partnership, limited liability company or other entity (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund) that is an Affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P.

Blackstone Entity means any of the entities listed on Schedule I hereto and any successors thereto.

Blackstone Entity has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders Agreement.

Blackstone Entity means Blackstone Holdings I L.P. and each of Blackstone’s other affiliated entities.
