Bilateral Facility definition

Bilateral Facility means a loan or other credit facility to the extent that it does not contain customary syndicated loan facility provisions, including agency, assignment, voting, sharing and other multi-lender provisions.
Bilateral Facility shall have the meaning given to such term in the Participation Agreement.
Bilateral Facility means any of the following facilities (or a combination thereof) provided by a Bilateral Bank to any Group Company and identified by such Bilateral Bank and the Parent as a Bilateral Facility for the purpose of this Agreement and confirmed by the Agent in writing to such Bilateral Bank and the Parent that such facility is a Bilateral Facility for the purpose of the Finance Documents:

Bilateral Facility means a bilateral facility made available to an Obligor by a Bilateral Lender in accordance with clause 8 (Bilateral Facilities)
