Bidder (s) definition
Bidder (s) means a single entity or a Consortium who submits a Bid in response to this RFP. The term Bidder used herein shall apply to both a single entity and a Consortium;
Bidder (s). / “Tenderer(s)” shall mean all eligible parties participating in the bidding process pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the NIT.
