BFR definition

BFR means a Bona Fide Request pursuant to the Act.
BFR or “Bona Fide Request” means the process described in Exhibit B that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party’s request that the other Party provide an unbundled Network Element that it is not otherwise required to provided under the terms of this Agreement.
BFR means a request for a new Interconnection or unbundled element not already available in this Agreement for the provision of local telecommunications services.

Examples of BFR in a sentence

  • Other types of Collocation may be requested through the BFR process.

  • Other Entrance Facility technologies may be requested through the BFR process.

  • Requests for non-standard entrances will be considered through the BFR process described in the Bona Fide Request Process Section of this Agreement.

  • However, CLEC will pay CenturyLink its reasonable and demonstrable costs of processing and/or implementing the BFR up to and including the date on which CenturyLink receives CLEC’s notice of cancellation if such costs are not already covered in full by a previously submitted non-refundable NRC payment.

  • If a Party to a BFR believes that the other Party is not requesting, negotiating, or processing the BFR in good faith, or disputes a determination, or price or cost quote, such Party may seek resolution of the dispute via the Dispute Resolution provisions in Part B of this Agreement.


More Definitions of BFR

BFR shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.
BFR or “Bona Fide Request” means the process described in Exhibit B that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to Level 3’s request that BA provide an unbundled Network Element that it does not currently provide under the terms of this Agreement.
