BFP means Bluewater (Floating Production) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with company number 3291793, whose registered office is at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, London EC2A 2HB, England;
BFP means the basic fuel price, which is the official formula, prescribed and used by the South African Government to determine the prices of regulated petroleum products sold in the South African market. The BFP formula is as described in the document “Working Rules to Administer the Basic Fuels Price Methodology Effective Date: 2 March 2003 (Revised on 28 October 2005)” as further revised in January 2009, as published on the DoE website and as may be amended by DoE from time to time (“the Working Rules”);
BFP means all property furnished by Buyer to Supplier;

BFP means the Budget Framework Paper of either the Federation (as defined hereafter) or the Republika Srpska (as defined hereafter), and “BFPs” means the BFP of the Federation and the BFP of Republika Srpska collectively;
