BFC definition

BFC means the Benefit Funds Committee of the Company, which is the committee formed by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, and which has the responsibility and authority to ensure the proper operation and management of the financial aspects of the 401(k) Plan.
BFC has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
BFC means Block Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
